In an hour I will be sitting in the Des
Moines airport twiddling my thumbs and waiting to board my plain. For now I sit at the end of the kitchen counter anxiously awaiting the garden omelet my father is making for me- my last American meal. It's
Vegemite and granola from here on out!

I've been thinking of you all getting together, and it was only yesterday you left DM!! I hope Jen-Mom's flight was good and I'm trying to picture you 3 wild women mixing it up with all Katie's new Aussie friends. Take lots of photos and have lots and lots of fun.
